泽兰(Lycopus lucidus)的组织培养研究

Tissue culture study of Lycopus lucidus

研究了不同浓度配比的2种植物生长调节物质对泽兰组织培养的影响.结果表明,在初代培养中9种处理均能诱导泽兰茎段腋芽分化生长,以MS+6＿BA1 0mg·L-1+NAA0 4mg·L-1和MS+6＿BA1 5mg·L-1+NAA0 4mg·L-1两种处理效果较好,在继代培养中进一步比较这2种处理的效果,结果是两种处理差异不显著(r=0 05),均能促进泽兰茎尖和茎段的生长.

Apical buds,stem cuttings of Lycopus lucidus were used as explants to study the effects of two plant growth regulators of different concentration ratio on Lycopus lucidus tissue culture.The results showed that all treatment combinations can promote growth and differentiation of axillary buds.The better combinations were MS+6_BA 10 mg·L-1+NAA 04 mg·L-1 and MS+6_BA 10 mg·L-1+NAA 04 mg·L-1,which showed no difference in promoting the development of explants in the stage of subculture.
