对辣椒的 4个杂交一代的总产量和早期产量等 2 0个主要性状进行了简单的相关分析。结果表明 ,对辣椒产量尤其是早期产量进行选择时 ,应注意对果实横径进行选择 ;对于果肉厚的选择与提高会使果肉重、平均单果重有效增加 ,所以应加强对果肉厚这一性状的选择。而对果肉厚进行选育时 ,应注意株高和叶宽的变化 ;在育种实践中应注意辣椒单株结果数和平均单果重之间的关系 ,以培育不同的高产类型 ;对辣椒叶片 长x宽 选择时 ,无论对叶长还是对叶宽的选择都会使其选择有效 ;丰产育种时还应注意茎粗与叶宽、株高、叶片 长x宽 之间的关系 ,以达到理想的株型。
