灭蟑螂胶饵的研究

Study on Gel Bait against Cockroaches

目的:研制一种较好的灭蟑胶饵;方法:对该产品进行生产工艺、理化特性、有效成分含量测定、毒性试验及灭蟑效果测定;结果:实验室灭蟑效果2,4 h死亡率100％,模拟现场灭蟑效果24 h死亡率99.05％,48 h死亡率为100％;结论:该胶饵有效成分是由乙酰甲胺磷和灭幼脲组成,灭蟑药效达到卫生杀虫剂标准A级。

Objective: To develop good gel bait against cockroaches. Methods: Test the technology of production, physical and chemical character, content of effective ingredients, toxicity and efficacy. Results: The 24 h mortality rate in lab was 100% , the 24 h mortality rate in analogous field was 99.05% , the 48 h mortality rate was 100% . Conclusion: The effective ingredients of the gel bait were acephate and PH, 60-38 and the efficacy reaches Grade A of Standard for Hygienic Insecticides .
