摘要
目的:选择7种常用化学杀虫剂,对淡色库蚊进行抗性测定,为正确指导科学用药,合理制定防蚊规划提供依据;方法:幼虫浸液法;结果:淡色库蚊对溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、胺菊酯、氯菊酯、敌敌畏、六六六、巴沙这7种杀虫剂的LC50分别为0.002785,0.002401,2.0186,0.2975,0.4317,0.0978,2.9685;结论:杀虫剂应合理控制使用,选用复配剂并轮换用药,利用负交互抗性等来克服和延缓抗性的产生。
Objective: To guide scientific application of insecticides and provide evidence for planning a program against mosquitoes. Methods: Select 7 chemical insecticides and test the resistance of larvae of Culex pipiens pallens . Results: The LC50 of larvae of Culex pipiens pallens against deltamethrin, cyfluthrin, tetramethrin, permethrin, DDVP, gamma - HCH, fenobucarb were 0.002785, 0.002401, 2.0186, 0.2975, 0.4317, 0.0978, 2.9685 respectively. Conclusion: Insecticides should be used reasonably and alternately in order to reduce the resistance.
