摘要
目的:观察加强蝇必净、奋斗呐在餐饮业灭蝇效果,以控制室内、外蝇密度;方法:室内加强蝇必净拌成糊状,均匀涂抹在线绳上,悬挂在室内空中;奋斗呐以0.03%浓度室外滞留喷洒墙壁。室内目测法、室外诱蝇笼考核效果;结果:A观察点室内3 d及28 d蝇密度降至0.003只/m2,0.001只/m2,下降率为76.92%,92.31%,相关密度指数为21.43及8.33。室外蝇密度降至1.17只/笼,0.83只/笼,总均杀灭率为90.0%;B点3 d及28 d室内密度分别降至0.006只/m2,0.005只/m2,下降率为57.14%,64.29%,相关密度指数为39.80,38.69。经四周环境治理、施药第38 d,蝇密度下降为0.004只/m2,室外降为7.5只/笼;结论:加强蝇必净、奋斗呐在餐饮室内外灭蝇效果好、持续时间长、使用方便安全、值得推广应用。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of enhanced Yingbijing alpha-cypermethrin against flies in catering trade and control the density of flies indoors and outdoors. Methods: Daub enhanced Yingbijing on string and suspend it indoors and apply 0.03% alpha-cypermethrin residual spray on the wall outdoors. Use eyeballing indoors and fly trap cage outdoors. Results: In Station A, the density of flies in 3 d and 28 d decreased to 0.003 per cage and 0.001 per cage respectively, the decreasing rates were 76.92% and 92.31% , the relative density indexes were 21.43 and 8.33. In Station B, the density of flies in 3 d and 28 d decreased to 0.006 per cage and 0.005 per cage respectively, the decreasing rates were 57.14% and 64.29% , the relative density indexes were 39.80 and 38.69. After management of the environment around and 38 d after application of insecticides, the density of flies decreased to 0.004/m2 and the outdoor density decreased to 7.5 per cage. Conclusion: Yingbijing and alpha-cypermethrin have good effect against flies both indoors and outdoors. It is worth applying.
