毒力岛对德国小蠊杀灭效果观察

Observation on the Lab and Field Killing Efficacy of Dulidao against Blattella Germanica

目的:在实验室内和现场观察毒力岛胶饵对德国小蠊的杀灭效果;方法:实验室采用《农药登记用杀虫剂室内药效试验方法》,现场试验选海军某基地一条3 000 t的辅助船,按5 m2/g-8 m2/g的药量施放于缝隙、橱柜、抽屉、机器发动机背后等蟑螂出没、隐藏处;结果:实验室86 h的蟑螂杀灭率为100％;现场第1周的杀灭率为57.2％,4周的杀灭率为82.5％,12周为97.2％;结论:毒力岛胶饵对德国小蠊有较强的毒力,现场有效防治时间达8周以上。

Objective:To observe the killing efficacy of Dulicko against Blattella germanica. Methods: Adopt 'Methods for Indoor Efficacy Test of Insecticides for Pesticide Registration in lab and field test in a ship of a naval base. Results: The 86 h killing rate of cockroaches in lab was 100% and the first week killing rate in field test was 57.2% , 4 weeks killing rate was 82.5% , 12 weeks killing rate was 97.2% . Conclusion: Dulidao gel bait has strong toxicity against Blattella germanica and the effective duration is over 8 weeks.
