青岛市区德国小蠊对杀虫剂的抗性测定 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解德国小蠊敏感品系(s)和青岛市区3个野外品系(D、X、B)对常用杀虫剂的抗药性,指导科学、合理使用杀虫剂;方法:药膜接触法;结果:青岛市区野外3个品系德国小蠊对氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、残杀威、敌敌畏的抗性系数分别为5.40~11.41,2.98~4.01,1.28~2.49,1.32~1.50,其中青岛市区德国小蠊对氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯产生了较高抗性;结论:青岛市区德国小蠊对4种杀虫剂的敏感性及抗性不一,其化学防治须选择适当的杀虫剂。 Objective :To estimate the susceptibility and resistance of Blattella germanica including normal strain and three field-collected strains(D,X,B)to insecticides. Methods:The method of contact with chemical cover. Results:Three field-collected strains had high resistance to cypermethrin and deltamethrin, were susceptible and had low resistance to propoxur and dichlorphos. Conclusion;Field-collected strains of Blattella germanica in Qingdao have already developed varied resistance to these three insecticides and its control in chemical method should select suitable insecticide.
