摘要
本文主要从教育管理认识归属、认识范围以及思维方法三个方面探讨了教育管理本质研究的方法论问题。提出了教育管理既姓“教”又姓“管”的观点 ,指出了“教育管理实际是什么”和“教育管理应当是什么”都是“教育管理本质”问题中的应有之义 ,认为运用形式逻辑和辩证逻辑思维方法都是认识教育管理本质的有效方法。
This essay is to descuss the issue of methodology in research on the essence of Educational Administration. The contents in this essay involve three points: the orientation of Eucational Administration, the research scope of the essence of Educational Administration, and the logic methods of research in the essence of Educational Administration. The essay comes up with the viewpoints of author's own in three aspects. First, the Educational Administration must be classified and oriented on both Education and Administration. Second, the issue of the essence of Educational Administration must include both 'what is Educational Administration' and 'what should Educational Administration be'. Third, the logic methods of research in the essence of Educational Administration have two types: formal logic and dialectical logic.
