A Study on the Theoretical Basis of the Educational Aim during the Early Period of the Republic of China

文章对蔡元培的教育方针思想作了回溯性的审视和评析 ,并给其以民初教育宗旨理论基础的准确复位 ,揭示了其与民初教育宗旨之间的内在联系 。

This article analyses Cai Yuanpei's thought of educational policy retrospectively, arguing for his thought to be reconsidered as the theoretical basis of the educational aim during the early period of the Republic of China and revealing its inner link with the educational aim of the early Republic of China. It offers a new perspective for studying the educational aim of the Republic of China.
