Clinical Value of Ventricular Late Potential in Patients With Adams-Stokes Syndrome

心室晚电位(VLP)可用于预测恶性室律异常。本文分析了26例阿-斯综合征的VLP变化。26例阿-斯综合征VLP阳性率占65.40％,其中快速心律失常组阳性率为57.9％,缓慢心律失常组为85.7％。随访21个月,死亡4例(15.3％),其中2例为猝死。因此,阿-斯综合征VLP检测有一定的临床意义,值得进一步探索。

Ventricular late potential (VLP) is available for forecasting malignant ventricular arrhythemias, so VLPs were detected in twenty-six patients with Adams-Stokes syndrome. It was found that the positive rate was 65.4％, in which the tachycardia and the bradycardia had the positive of 57.9％ and 85.7％, respectively. Having been followed up for 21 months, four of patients had died, and two of them were sudden death. The result suggested that VLP had certain clinical significances for patients with Adams-Stokes syndrome, and necessary to be researched further.
