我国反倾销立法若干问题的思考

Consideration for A Few Problems for Legislating the Antidump Act

针对当前我国对外贸易中遇到的倾销、反倾销问题 ,从法律保护角度出发 ,提出对当前反倾销立法尽快完善的建议。这是保护我国经济发展的重要措施 ,同时也是加入世界贸易组织。

With regard to the problems of dump and antdump in our country's present export affairs and preceeding from the angle of law protection, this paper puts forward the suggestion of speedly perfecting the antidump act which is not only an important measure to protect the state economy development,but also the requirement for the connection with the international society after China's entering into WTO.
