摘要
根据西维因、克百威等氨基甲酸酯类农药的荧光性质 ,光谱仪采用氙灯作为激发光源 ,用光纤进行传光并结合CCD光谱探测技术 ,实现了对氨基甲酸酯类农药的快速测定。此仪器结构简单 ,操作灵活 ,线性度好 ,灵敏度高。实验结果表明 ,西维因和克百威的浓度线性范围为 0~ 12 0ppb ,最低检出限LOD分别为 2 7ppb和 7 0ppb。在实际取样的测量中 ,还要考虑到腐殖酸的猝灭作用 ,通过对仪器进行校正得到准确的测量值。
The spectrometer implements rapid mensuration of carbamate pesticides by means of using xenon lamp as excitation light, fiber optical to transmit light and combining with CCD spectrum determination technology based on fluorescence of carbamate pesticides including carbaryl, carbofuran and so on. The instrument has advantages of simply structure, flexible operation, good linearity and high sensitivity. The experimental results indicate linear concentration range was 0~120 ppb for carbaryl and carbofuran and the detection limits (LOD) were 2 7 ppb and 7 0 ppb respectively. In the measuring spot samples, the instrument needed calibration in order to get precise measurement value in view of humic acid causing fluorescence quenching.
