摘要
介绍一种检测甲烷气体的全光纤传感方法。基于甲烷气体的近红外吸收光谱 ,采用LED宽带光源 ,通过光纤光栅和压电陶瓷 (PZT)对其进行波长调制 ,获得窄带出射光 ,检测二次谐波 。
An optical fiber gas sensor for methane is described. Based on the principles of methane molecules' near-infrared absorption spectra, a LED is used as a light source and its wavelength modulation is realized by a fiber grating and piezoelectric ceramics(PZT) to obtain modulated narrowband output light. The high sensitivity detection of methane can be obtained from the second harmonic signal.
