摘要
本文利用Langendroff's离体灌流装置探讨大豆磷脂脂质体对离体大鼠心肌细胞缺血—再灌注膜损伤的影响。结果表明:缺血—再灌注可致心脏流出液中磷酸肌酸激酶含量增加,心肌细胞游离脂肪酸聚积,心肌Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+)-ATP酶活性降低,线粒体膜脂脂质徽粘度增加;补充大豆磷脂脂质体(每毫升K-H液含500μg磷脂)能有效地抑止上述变化。结果提示:大豆磷脂脂质体可保护离体大鼠心脏,减轻心肌细胞缺血—再灌注膜损伤。
Effect of soybean phospholipid liposome on the damage of myocardial membrane was inverstigated in Langendroff's isolated reperfused rat heart. The results showed that reperfusion could cause the increase of CPK content in heart influent (P<0.01), the accumulation of myocardial free fatty acid (P<0.01), the decrease of Ca^(2+), Mg^(2+)-ATPase activity (P<0.01) and the increase of membrane lipid microviscosity of myocardial mitochondia (P<0.01). The supply of soybean phospholipid liposome (500μg PL/ml K-H liquid) could inhibit the above changes. The resuits indicated that soybean phospholipid liposome had protective effect on the damage of myocardial membrane in isolated reperfused rat heart.
