经胸壁心脏起搏的心输出量测定与电生理研究

Cardiac Output Measurement and Electrophysiological Study in the Patients With Transcutaneous Pacing

本文采用经胸壁心脏起搏与心内膜起搏对比研究的方法,测定其心输出量,描记体表及心腔内电图。结果表明,经胸壁心脏起搏与心内膜起搏有相同的起搏效果及类似的血流动力学效应,其心输出量还多于心内膜起搏(P<0.01)。此与同时激动两个心室有关。

Cardiac output measurement and electrophysiological study were performed in 10 patients. The results showed that a similar pacing and hemodynamic efficacies between transcutaneous cardiac pacing (TCP)and right ventricular endocardial pacing (RVEP). The cardiac output during TCP was significantly greater than that during RVEP(P<0.01)at the same pacing rate of 90 bpm. The surface and endocardial electrography during TCP revealed that transcutaneous stimulus simultaneously excited both the two ventricles.
