海口滨海岸线城市设计以生态保护、发展旅游产业为核心和切入点,重点发展与控制滨海岸线空间形态、土地利用与景观架构等。城市滨水区城市设计应遵循岸线资源共享和社会公平的原则,采用滚动渐进的规划设计方法,尊重其原有的社会、文化与历史价值,加强滨水区与城市腹地及各开放空间的连接,因地制宜进行开发。
