摘要
本文介绍自动化立体仓库采用管理级、中控级和直接控制级的3级计算机分布式控制的自动控制系统,堆垛机控制系统硬件配用了由日本OMRON公司SYSMAC C-120 PLC组成的DDK-1控制器。单机自动控制由操作面板进行开关设定,由PLC自动执行。用通讯控制器与上位机通讯建网。
An automatic control system composed of three stages of distributed computer control, i. e. managerial stage, centralised control stage and direct control stage, is presented for use in automatic high rise warehouses. DDK-1 control unit composed of SYSMAC C-120 PLC made by OMRON Co., Japan is used as the hardware of control system for S/R machine. Automatic control of individual machines is set by a switch on the face plate of operation desk and implemented by PLC automatically. Communication control unit is used for networking with upper level computer.
