Problems and the reform of endowment insurance system for urban Chinese

本文分析了我国养老保险基本情况与存在的问题,尤其是从计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制转变中所显露的突出问题与弊端,提出了相关的改善建议与措施,以求我国的养老保险制度逐步趋于完善。

This paper puts forward some measures to improve and perfect the endowment insurance system for urban citizens, with regard to its historical development and its problems at present, particularly in the transition from the planned economy to the market economy.
