摘要 近年来的研究表明,肥胖是由特定的生化因子引起的一系列进食调控和能量代谢紊乱而导致的疾病,食物摄入增加、体力活动减少和生热机制的改变在发生脂肪过多存积中起到了重要的作用。随着对肥胖研究的深入,人们对体重调节的分子机制有了进一步认识。研究表明,肥胖的发生与遗传、环境、基因、膳食结构有关,但基因是主要的决定因素。本文就近年来肥胖基因研究进展作一简要介绍。 The research in recent years shows that obesity is caused by a series of d isorders in the adjustment of food taking and energy metabolism which are cause d by specific biochemical factors.The excessive accumulation of fat is mainly c aused by the increase of food taking,the decrease of physical exercise and the change in heat producing system.With the further research of obesity,the molec ular system of the adjustment of weight has been realized much more than befor e.The research of obesity shows that obesity is related to heredity,environme nt,gene and the food structure.Gene acts as a decisive factor.The recent dev elopments on obesity gene research were reviewed.
