摘要
吲哚 3 乙酸在流速为1mL/min,淋洗液为3mmol/L的Na2CO3和3mmol/L的NaOH的混合溶液的离子色谱仪DIONEX(DX 100T)上较好的检测。其检测限为0.73μg/mL(S/N=2.5);保留时间、峰高、峰面积的变异系数分别为1.88%、4.44%、0.51%,在线性范围1~1000μg/mL,峰高、峰面积的线性回归系数分别为0.9901和0.9997。在此条件下,常规阴离子对吲哚 3 乙酸的测定没有干扰。对土壤样品进行测定,回收率分别为107.84%(峰高)和94.81%(峰面积)。这种方法快速、灵敏,结果令人满意。
An ion chromatography system for the determination of Indol\|3\|acetic is described. Ion chromatograph is carried out by suppressed conductance detection (DX\|100T). The eluent contains 3mmol/L Na2CO3 and 3mmol/L NaOH. The detection limit is 0.73 \{μg/mL\}(S/N=2.5). The relative standard deviation are 1.88% for retention time, 4.44% for height and 0.51% for area respectively. The correlation coefficient of the calibration curve is 0.9997 for area and 0.9901 for height. The linear range is 1~1 000 μg/mL. Common inorganic ion and organic acids do not interfere. The recovery is 94.81% for area and 107.84% for height. The method is simple, rapid, reliable and inexpensive.
