块式制动器的发热验算与修正

摘要 块式制动器的制动轮表面温升过高,会引起制动衬垫摩擦系数变化,使制动力矩下降,影响制动器的安全使用,在设计选用中必须进行发热验算。但实际发热值常比验算值高,使一些验算合格的制动器仍存在不安全因素。本文通过试验分析,论述了对发热与散热的影响因素,推荐了在计算中应选用的修正系数。 Rapid temperature raise on the surface of shoe brake drum may cause change of friction coefficient between brake shoe lining and drum surface, which in turn results in brake moment decrease and unsafe operation of the brake. The brake heating-up must be verified during crane design. Research shows, that the actual temperature raise of the brake is usually higher than that obtained from verifying calculation aecordling to relevent code. So, many brakes which have even passed their verification, may still be unsafe in operation. On the basis of experiment, this paper analyses different factors which influence the heat formation and heat dissipation and recommends revision factors to be used in calculation for héating-up verification.
