CC1000型履带起重机结构的强度试验

摘要 为消化从德国技术引进的CC1000型履带起重机,对该机的主要结构件进行了强度测试和数据分析以及理论计算。起重臂采用了不同壁厚钢管和矩形截面杆,不但受力均匀,可充分利用材料强度,而且弦腹杆杆径相差不大,可提高焊接接头的刚度。文中还介绍了测试方案、测试工况、测试截面选择及应变片的布片等。 For CC1000 type crawler crane manufactured according to imported German technology, experiment on strength followed by data processing and theoretical analysis is carried out with its main structural components. The box section lattice jib consists of steel pipes of different wall thickness. This makes jib members loaded evenly, which in turn benefits satisfactory use of material. Besides, small differences in diameters of chords and uprights improve stiffness of welded joint. The measurement scheme and test condition, including selection of measurement section and the distribution of strain gauges are also described in the paper.
