异隐纯合体杂交法与甜糯玉米育种

The Method of Cross Between Allotypic Recessive Homozygotes and Breeding of Sweet-waxy Corn

简述了目前我国甜糯玉米育种现状,提出了利用不同隐性纯合体彼此间杂交培育甜糯玉米的新方法,称之为异隐纯合体杂交法,它是利用遗传学原理使各种不同基因型的甜糯玉米子粒能在同一果穗上得以同时表达,因而实现了培育既甜又糯玉米的育种目标。报道了利用异隐纯合体杂交法培育甜糯玉米的初步进展,并讨论了今后培育甜糯玉米可能的发展方向。

A brief account about the present situation of the breeding in sweet-waxy corn was given.A new method of breeding sweet-waxy corn was advanced,according to which the crosses between allotypic recessive ho-mozygotes was used and it was called the cross between allotypic recessive homozygotes.The genotypes of the vari-ous genes of increasing sweet taste and gene wx can be expressed on the same ear,and the aim has been realized breeding the corn hybrids with sweet and waxy flavous fresh ears for eating.The initial results breeding sweet-waxy corn bybrids by using the method of the cross between allotypic recessive homozygotes were reported.And the devel-opmental directions of breeding sweet-waxy corn in future were discussed.
