摘要
为了克服振动式清扫器在输送带处于共振状态下使输送带、机架和地基带来破坏性影响,本文提出利用偏心托辊式振动清扫器,提高振动加速度方法,可获得良好的清扫效果。文中介绍其工作原理,在平形输送带试验台与平顶山煤矿大倾角花纹输送带试验台上进行的试验,以及将试验结果应用于淮南煤矿大倾角花纹带式输送机设计的实例。
In order to prevent resonance status of belt by the vibrating belt cleaner to avoid damaging effect to the belt, supporting frame and foundation, proposal is made to use vibrating cleaner with eccentric idler to obtain good cleaning effect by increasing vibration acceleration. Present paper describes its working principle, experiment carried out on flat belt test stand and high angle rib belt test stand in Pindinshan Coal Mine. Examples are given to show the application of result of experiment to high angle rib belt conveyor in Huainan Coal Mine.
