摘要
对CXD0.5-5.5型巷道堆垛叉车作了技术改进,回转机构减速器和侧移机构减速器由原谐波齿轮传动改用少齿差行星传动,提高了承受冲击载荷的能力;增设回转轴制动器,消除了货叉晃动现象。为保证门架刚性和门架柱塞杆的稳定性,作业时应考虑不同起升高度允许的货叉最大起重量。
Technical improvements on CXD 0.5-5.5 type narrow aisle front and lateral stacker are made. Harmonic gear reducers in revolving mechanism and side-shifting mechanism are replaced by planetary gear reducers with fewer difference in tooth numbers. The ability of the mechanisms against impact load is raised. An extra brake is applied to the shaft of revolving mechanism to eliminate fork vibration. In order to fulfill the rigidity of mast and the stability of lift eylinder piston rod, the maximum allowable lifting capacity should be taken with consideration of lifting height.
