摘要
工程造价的控制,贯穿于房地产开发全过程,文章认为须从工程的设计、招投标、施工管理、竣工结算着手,实现控制目的。
The control of construction cost should run through the whole process of real estate development. In this article, the author holds that we should focus on engineering design, tender and bid, construction management and building final settlement to realize the control target.
