摘要
窗户是建筑围护结构中保温隔热能力最差的部件,在住宅建筑采暖、空调的能耗中有一半左右经窗户而损失,窗户是建筑节能设计重点关注的部位,在我国现行建筑节能标准中对窗户的热阻和面积进行了严格的规定。通过调查,针对大多数带阳台的卧室和客厅其窗墙面积比往往超过建筑节能标准的限制,提出了一些解决问题的方法。
The window is the poorest heat insulation component in building enclosure structure. About half of energy consumption in building heating and air -conditioning is lost through windows. It is the key part in design of energy efficiency building. The thermal barrier and area of windows are strictly stipulated in current Chinese building energy efficiency standard. After examinations, the author presents solutions in view of the situation that the window-wall ratio of the majority of bed room and sitting room with balcony is beyond the limit of building erergy efficiency standard.
