摘要
对25t轮胎起重机伸缩吊臂系统进行了可靠性设计。主要借助于有关资料得出了系统内各元件的失效数据,根据整机可靠性指标,确定了该系统的可靠性指标,并进一步对各元件作了可靠性分配,提出了考虑初始失效率的AGREE分配法的具体处理法及按失效率分配的努力最小算法。
The reliability design is carried out for the telescopic boom system of a 25t wheel crane. Failure data for system elements are calculated with the help of relevant material and the reliability index of the system is determined according to that of the whole machine. Then, the index is distributed to various elements within the system. A practical procedure of using AGREE method with consideration of initial failure rate and minimum effort method with distribution according to failure rate are proposed.
