摘要
本文按照特殊起重工具的设计原则和对铁路救援液压起复机具的要求,提出可选用较小的安全系数;目前应选用32MPa作为液压系统的标准工作压力;并提出了确定千斤顶工作负荷和工作速度的方法。
According to design principle suitable for special lifting equipment and taking into consideration the requirements set to hydraulic re-railing equipment, this paper proposes lower safety margin in strength calculation of equipment parts, normal system pressure being 32 MPa for hydraulic system and the procedure todetermine the load applied to hydraulie jack as well as the necessary lifting speed of the jack.
