摘要
大型汽车起重机要求大起升高度和大作业幅度。长江牌QY50型汽车起重机上采用了两单级油缸加钢丝绳滑轮系统的五节臂伸缩机构。文中对此伸缩机构的结构特点、伸缩工作原理和液压控制系统进行了阐述并对各节吊臂和伸缩油缸的受力进行了分析。
Large antocraue features large lifting height and outreach. The autocrane model Yangtze YQ50 equipped with a 5 section jib and a telescopic mechanism consisting of 2 single step hydraulic cylinders) working in conjunction with wire ropes and pulleys. Design features of the mechanism, principle of telescoping and hydraulic control are described in this paper and the force application onto the jib sections and telescoping cylinders are analysed as well.
