摘要
离体叶片接种试验结果表明:梨黑星病菌分生孢子在鸭梨、雪梨、巴梨3个抗病性不同品种的离体叶片上都能完成侵入过程,并在角质层与表皮细胞间形成营养菌丝,在抗病品种的叶片上,营养菌丝的生长和扩展明显受到抑制。这表明:梨叶对黑星病菌的抗病作用,主要表现为孢子侵入后对营养菌丝生长和扩展的抑制。
Conidia of Venturia nashicola, the causal agent of pear scab, were inoculated on 5~10 days old detached leaves of three cvs.: the susceptible cv. of Ya-pear, the resistant cv. of Xue-pear and the non-host cv. of Bartlett pear. Results show that conidia can penetrate into cuticular membrane of leaves of all the three cvs. and form hypha between cuticular membrane and epidermal cells. Resistant pear leaves can not prevent penetration of conidia, but inhibit growth and extension of hypha after conidial infection.
