摘要
本文通过对我国现行起重机标准和普通碳素结构钢标准的分析,结合对A3F沸腾钢和A3镇静钢的常温和低温冲击试验,提出了对现行标准中金属结构用钢有关规定的修改意见,主要包括:A3F沸腾响应限制在环境温度不低于0℃时使用;环境温度低于-20℃时采用C3镇静钢不妥当,建议采用16Mn钢;对于板厚大于25mm的3号钢板,建议取常温冲击值为大干50Nm/cm^2。另外,在选用A3F转炉沸腾钢时要试验冲击值。
On the basis of analysis of relevant national standards for cranes and ordinary carbon steels, taking into account the results of impact toughness tests of boiled steel A3F and quiet steel A3 under ordinary and low temperatures, this paper makes proposal on revision of the mentioned crane standards in terms of steel selection for crane metal structure. The main proposed statements are: boiled steel A3F must not be used under temperature below 0℃;use of quiet steel C3 under temperature below -20℃ is not suitable and 16Mn is proposed instead; for steel plates C3 with thickness over 25mm, the impact toughness value under ordinary temperature, that must be reached, may be proposed as higher than 50 Nm/cm^2. The paper also points out the necesity in impact toughness test while A3F converter boiled steel is used.
