摘要
根据某钢厂两台20/5t通用桥式起重机的使用情况与设计制造缺陷,分析了箱形主梁腹板开裂的原因,提出了以局部贴板的方式对腹板进行修复与加固,并用角钢连接件将走台与端梁连接起来。修复一年来,未出现任何异常现象。
Based on practical situation and defects in design and manufacturing of two 20/5 t overhead travelling cranes at a steel mill, the cause of cracking in main box girder's web is analysed, a proposal is màde for repairing and reinforcing the web by welding a local plate and connecting walkway with end boom by angle steel. No abnormality is observed one year after repair.
