摘要
为便于对电瓶叉车行走系统进行较精确设计计算,文章对用于行走系统的直流串激电动机提出了多种拟合特性方程式,并论述了行走电动机的功率选择;确定机械传动速比;满载平路与爬坡工况验算;电动机过载发热验算;以及行走系数的微机辅助设计等主要设计计算过程。
To make the design calculation of travelling system of an electric fork lift truck more accurate, this paper proposes several matching equations for characteristics of DC series motor used in travelling system. The calculation of power needed for travelling motor, the determination of transmission ratio, the checking calculation of travelling with full load on plane and inclined road, the checking of motor overloading and overheating and CAD of travelling system parameters on microcomputer arc presented in the paper.
