摘要
通过对我校学生体育课实施“快乐体育”的前后进行比较和分析,说明了“快乐体育”教学内容丰富合理,组织形式多样,不仅提高了学生对体育的认识,也提高了学生的综合素质.
Through the comparison and analysis on the implementation of the ' Delightful Physical Culture' in the physical education of our institute, this article confirms the reasonableness of the physical education's make-up and the variety of the structural patterns. 'Delightful Physical Culture' enhances not only the students' understanding of the physical culture, but also the students' comprehensive quality.
