摘要
半导体激光测速仪是建立在激光自混基础上的.文中用自混频方式对物体的速度进行实时测量.由于采用了自混频的测量方式,光是沿原路返回的,克服了用其它方法检测信号时遇到的很多困难.它不仅结构简单,而且重复性好.
The diode-laser velocimeter based on laser self-mixing, we constructed an instrument for the measurement of the velocity of moving objects. Because the method is applied for the transport of the light from the laser to the object and back, this method for the signal observation is easy to operate, it is simple in structure and can be reused many times.
