摘要
针对一般数字万用表测量 2 0 0MΩ以内大电阻误差大、2 0 0MΩ以上大电阻无法测量的缺点 ,利用其输入电阻大、直流电压测量范围大的优点 ,研究出了能较准确测量 2 0 0MΩ~几十GΩ大电阻的新方法 .介绍了其测量原理 。
Aiming at the characteristics that a eneral digital multimeter's measuring a resistance less than 200MΩ with a bigger error and being not able to measure a resistance bigger than 200MΩ at all,we have developped a new method based upon the excellences that larger resistances provide abundant input resistance and larger measurable input volts d.c. range,by which we can measure a larger resistance between two hundred of MΩ and decades' of GΩ more accurately.In the article,we'll introduce the principle of its measure, and analyze the measure scope and the error based on the method.
