摘要
针对一个简单的具有质量偏心的Jeffcott转子系统,建立了该系统发生碰摩时的数学模型,并利用非线性振动谐波平衡法的基本原理,对该数学模型进行了近似周期解的求解.在此基础上,利用一种面向对象的仿真软件Dymola,对碰摩现象进行了仿真;通过对轴心轨迹以及频谱的分析,揭示了碰摩引起的倍频、分频现象,并研究了转子转速及质量偏心距这两个影响碰摩的因素.
A rubimpact mathematic model of a simple Jeffcott rotor system with imbalance is built,the approximate periodsolution for the model has been obtained by using the basic principle on the harmonic balance method of nonlinear vibration.Based on the model,using an objectoriented simulation software Dymola the phenomena of rubimpact is simulated.With the analysis of the track of axes and spectrum,the responses of rubimpact,such as superharmonic and subharmonic vibrations,are revealed in this paper.Further the two factors (rotational speed and imbalance are) investigated.
