摘要 根据焊接的基本知识和焊接机架的结构,建立焊接机架部件划分规则,将焊接机架分解成部件、支撑杆件和独立杆件等组成部分.通过分析焊接顺序与焊接变形的关系,建立机架部件中杆件的焊接顺序确定规则和机架总装焊接中机架部件与其他杆件的顺序规则,实现机架整体焊接顺序的自动生成.并结合一个实例说明了算法的实现过程. Based on the welding knowledge and frame structure,the category rule of components is establishecl,according to which the welded machine frame is decomposed into a series of component parts,main support members and individual members.Analyzing the relationship of welding sequence and welding deformation, the welding sequence rules for the structure member in the component part and for the part and the members within the other parts are detemined,consequently the integrated welding sequence of the whole maching frame is established automatically.The algorithm is interpreted with a tested example.
