通过对采用IGBT的某中型高频臭氧发生器逆变电源电路进行分析,利用Protel99SE中的仿真功能,对逆变电路进行仿真分析并与实验结果对比,确定了该高频逆变电源的电路参数,实现了电路参数的优化.

This paper analyzes an inverter circuit of middle sized highfrequency ozone generator which uses IGBT,then dynamically simulates the inverter circuit with Protel 99 SE and compares the result with the experimental one;at last confirms the parameters of this highfrequency inverter circuit and optimizes the circuit parameters.
