摘要 森林生态系统在全球生态系统中起着重要作用,然而森林作为一种多年再生性资源却极易受到人为因素和自然力的各种作用而不断发生变化。我国是世界上森林资源极为贫乏的国家,传统的森林调查和经营方法早已不适应现代林业的发展,如何利用现代新技术新方法科学有效管理森林,是摆在每个林业科研工作者面前的重大问题。介绍了利用GIS建立森林资源经营管理系统的方法,旨在为决策者提供决策依据和方案,从而不断扩大森林资源,最终实现森林可持续发展的目标。 Forest ecosystem plays an important role in the global ecosystem. However, as perennial renewable resources, forests are extremely susceptible to various natural forces and human activities. Our country' s forest resources are extremely poor in the world. The traditional forest survey and management methods are unable to keep up with the development of modern forestry. It is a most important task for each forestry scientific researcher to find a way to use modern technologies for efficient management of forest resources. Presented here is the method to set up a forest resources management and administrative system, aimed at offering decision - making bases and schemes to decision-makers and accordingly expanding the forest resources continuously so as to realize the ultimate goal of the sustainable development of forestry.
