摘要
二倍稀释法测定了壳聚糖对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑茵浓度(MIC),根据(MIC)结果向菌液中投加壳聚糖,进行抑菌实验。菌液中的LDH和Y—GT两种细胞内酶酶活力检测表明,发生了明显的细胞内酶溢出。TEM照片则显示,经壳聚糖作用后细菌的细胞壁发生了明显的缺失。因此认定,壳聚糖对细菌的细胞壁有不可逆破坏作用,这种作用是壳聚糖具有抑菌功能的原因之一。
The minimum inhibition concentration (MIC) is obtained through the two-fold diluting method. Based on the MIC result, chitosan is added into the bacterial solution to inhibit bacterial growth. Then the releasing of endoenzyme is proved by the observation that enzyme activities of LDH and y - GT in bacterial solution increases. And TEM pictures of the bacteria show that their cell walls are appreciably decomposed. So it is concluded that chitosan has an irreversible destructive effect on the cell walls of the bacteria, which plays an important part in inhibiting bacterial growth.
