自动焊接中接缝检测跟踪系统的研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对焊接过程中焊枪应对准接缝中心位置进行焊接的要求,研究制造了一种能自动检测接缝中心进行实时跟踪的接缝识别系统.此系统利用CCD对图像的高精度传感,通过适当的图像处理方法获得了清晰的焊接区前端图像和精确的接缝中心位置,并计算出焊枪位置与接缝中心位置的偏差.实验结果表明,此系统能稳定可靠地工作,满足使用要求. In the process of automatic welding,we ld ing gun should be pointed at the center of seam.A recognition system used for au tomatic real-time detection and tracking of the center of seam was presented.In this system,CCD was used for its high-precision sense to images.Besides,some a ppropriate image processing method was taken to get sharp image of welding front -end region and accurate centering of seam.Accordingly,the dispersion between t he position of welding gun and the center of seam was calculated.The results sho w that this system can work steadily and reliably and meet the needs of the appl ication.
