摘要
网络计划技术是当前工程项目进行进度安排与控制时普遍采用的一种方法,但网络的工期 成本优化问题至今没有得到很好的解决.该文根据"最大流最小截"理论,针对多年来难以解决的工期 成本优化问题提出了解决方法,并通过一个简单的单代号网络例题说明其优化步骤和数学模型,使工期 成本优化很容易在计算机上实现.该方法对控制工程进度、降低工程成本具有积极意义.
The network technology is a popular me th od for construction schedule and control. But till now there has not been a sati sfied solution to the problem of construction duration-cost optimization. This paper presents an innovative technique that can be used to optimize the time-co st trade-off process. The technique is based on the theory of Maximum Flow-Min imal Cut(MFMC).In the paper a simple PDM network example is used to describe the optimization process and mathematics model. It makes the availability of time- cost optimization method on computer. The method is of a great significance to c ontrolling construction schedule and reducing costs.
