摘要
介绍了按照两种不同的思路保证结构耐久性的方法,即"寿命安全系数法"和基于概率的结构可靠性动态评估方法,并对两者进行了分析和比较,认为对于包含大量不确定和不确知信息的结构耐久性问题,后者的动态思路要优于前者的静态思路。针对后者的可操作性问题,提出了一些设想和看法。
In this paper the author deals with two different methods of assessing the durability of structure.These two methods are the 'Lifetime safety factor method' and the 'Probabilistic assessment of existing structures'.The author analyzes and compares these two methods and have the conclusion that for the structural durability problems with lots of uncertain and unknown information,the dynamic assessment method is better than the static safety factor method.The paper also provides thoughts and ideas on the applicability and feasibility of dynamic assessing.
