摘要
基于高剪切原理的湿法粉碎设备在谷物类原料的处理中有着重要的应用。高剪切湿法粉碎设备如胶体磨、高剪切均质机、砂磨等,由于转子的高速旋转,使物料处于湍流状态,当物料通过定转子间的极小间隙时,由于湍流剪切与物料所受的机械力的综合作用,物料发生破碎。理论研究表明,粉碎效果主要与转子转速和定转子间隙有关。通过对玉米和大豆两种不同物料的试验,验证了上述结论。
The pulverization equipments in wet processing based on high-shear in g are used widely in the produce of grain.These equipments are including colloid al mill,high-shearing homogenizer,sand grind and so on.The material is in turbu lent condition because of the high-speed rotation of the rotor,and when the mat erial passes the gap between the rotor and stator,pulverization happened because of the combined action of both turbulent shear and mechanical force. It's indic ated by the theory research that the effect of pulverization is mostly affected by the rotation speed and the gap between the rotor and the stator. It's proved by the experimentations that deal with cor n and soybean.
