摘要
用行为学方法研究了不同浓度的文蛤抽提液对锯缘青蟹小触角弹动频率变化的影响.结果发现,小触角静息弹动频率为82~85次·min-1,而文蛤抽提液原液可使弹动频率提高到123次·min-1左右(应答性弹动频率).另外,文蛤抽提液的对数浓度变动(从原液稀释至10-10倍)与小触角应答性弹动增量之间存在线性关系,且小触角检测阈值低于10-10倍的稀释液.
The detection of the mud crab Scylla serrata to extract of Meretrix meretrix was measured by counting the antennular flicking rate of the crabs. The stock solution (tissue∶saline was 1∶9) of M. meretrix extract and its diluted solution of 10-2,10-4,10-6,10-8and 10-10 were tested respectively. The results showed that, the resting flicking rate of antennules of S. serrata was about 80-85 flicks per minute, and the responsive flicking rates has been increasing to about 123 flicks per minute while treated with stock solution, and there was significant difference between them mentioned above. A linear relationship existed between responsive flicking rates and different concentrations of extract. The detection threshold was situated beneath 10-10 of the working solution.
