摘要
根据现场实测数据所进行的反分析获取温度计算模型和参数,再把反分析得到的模型和参数通过仿真计算预测下一步施工时的温度和应力状况,指导下一步施工,即建立了温度控制反馈机制,并在淮河入海水道淮安立交地涵工程中获得了较好的应用效果.同时还提出了能较准确地表达掺缓凝剂混凝土绝热温升特性的指数双曲线型表达式.
A temperature calculating model and related parameters are obtained by back analysis of field measured data. The model and parameters obtained are used to predict the temperature and stress state of concrete by simulating calculation so as to guide the further construction, thus a temperature control and feedback mechanism is formed. The effectiveness of the model is verified by its application to the Huai'an underground culvert project. Furthermore, an exponential hyperbolic expression is proposed to describe the adiabatic temperature rise of concrete mixed with inhibiting agents. Practice shows that the formula can give accurate descripation of the characteristics of adiabatic temperature rise of the concrete.
