摘要
首先介绍感应电机转子绕组故障分析方法,然后详细讨论转子断条故障后转子各导条和每一段端环中电流的分布及变化情况,定子电流中转子绕组故障特征量的变化情况,最后总结出特征量的变化规律:连续断条根数增加,故障特征量增加;但当连续断条数超过电机每极的导条数时,断条数继续增加,故障特征量反而减小.
The fault analysis method for rotor windings of induction motors is introduced. Then a discussion is made on the current distribution and its variations in each rotor bar and each section of end rings under different numbers of broken rotor bars, and the variation of fault characteristic value of rotor windings. Finally, some conclusions are drawn: the fault characteristic value increases with the number of continuously broken bars, but, if the number of broken bars exceeds the total number of rotor bars at each pole, the fault characteristic value will decrease with the increase of broken bars.
