摘要
本研究选择K_2O-Na_2O-CaO-MgO-ZnO-ZrO_2-Al_2O_3-B_2O_3-SiO_2多元系统,通过设计组合及物理化学控制,在低温一次烧结的情况下的形成微晶结构,取得良好的基釉釉面,带动高温色样在低温下良好发色。并利用SEM、XED等物化手段对该多元系统的物相及显微结构进行了结果分析,实验结果表明,通过ZnO,ZrO_2,MgO的加入并控制一定的SiO_2/Al_2O_3,可以取得良好釉面效果,完全能做为低温快烧粗糙深色基体的表面装饰材料。
Phases and mierowstructures of glazes designed in K2O-Na2O-CaO-MgO-ZnO-ZrO2-
Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2 system were investigated by means of SEM 、XED and otners. It was pointed out that large of microcry stalline structure in glaze surfaces. The influence of ZnO, ZrO, B2O3 on the formulate of opaque-matt glaze. Through optimizing composition design and control of the single fast firing process. Opaque-matt glaze of good comprehensive properties can be produce.
